The rules that apply when you order from us. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
Agreement
By placing an order with Pets & Paws Co. you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your order.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Shipping is added at checkout at the rates set out on our shipping page.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order placed at a price published in error, or where we cannot verify the billing details provided.
Payments and card security
Card payments on this site are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your card number is entered directly into a hosted, encrypted field supplied by that provider and is exchanged for an opaque token. We never see or store your full card number — our own systems receive only the last four digits, the card brand and the expiry date, which is what appears on your order record.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Apple Pay on supported devices. Payment is taken when your order is placed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Delivery
Delivery estimates on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we replace or refund it — see the shipping page for how that works.
Returns
Our returns policy gives you 60 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund, used or unused, and forms part of these terms. It sits above your statutory rights and does not affect them.
Product use and safety
No dog toy is indestructible. Inspect toys and chews regularly and remove them once damaged. Supervise your dog with any new product. Collars and harnesses are walking equipment and are not intended to be left on an unsupervised dog, or used as a tie-out or restraint.
Our products are not medical or veterinary devices and we make no health claims about them. See our story for what we do and do not claim.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
