This is our mailing address, and the address returns are sent to. Please email support@petsandpawsco.com for a prepaid label before posting anything back, so we can match the parcel to your order.
Visits
We are an online shop and do not keep a storefront or a trade counter, so there is nothing to come and see. Everything is on the site, and anything the photographs do not answer we will answer by phone.

If you call outside our hours, leave a message with your order number and we will call back the next business morning.
Payments and card security
Card payments on this site are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your card number is entered directly into a hosted, encrypted field supplied by that provider and is exchanged for an opaque token. We never see or store your full card number — our own systems receive only the last four digits, the card brand and the expiry date, which is what appears on your order record.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Apple Pay on supported devices. Payment is taken when your order is placed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
